Some conveyancing companies work on a no-sale, no-fee basis, so if the sale hasn\u2019t gone through you might not have to pay them anything when you switch to a new conveyancing company. However, this isn\u2019t always the case, so you should speak to the company you are working with to find out if you will be charged for changing solicitors.<\/p>\n

Remember that moving house can cost a lot of money, so switching could be an unnecessary extra expense. This isn\u2019t a problem if you have a big budget, but if you have a very small budget you might want to consider speaking to your current solicitor to see if you can resolve the issues you have with them. This isn\u2019t ideal, but it is important to stop costs spiraling if you don\u2019t have much to spend.<\/p>\n
